Your $500 non refundable deposit payment can then be made via PAYPAL (so you can rack up those flight miles!) to kristendumas@hotmail.com please select the “sending to a friend” option. If you choose to send the deposit straight from your bank account, it is FREE, but there is a small fee for credit/debit card (for the deposit, the fee is $14 for using a credit card)  

Please note, your spot is secure by registering on the website, you must then PAY THE DEPOSIT! We will only hold your spot for 1 hour to submit payment.

• DATES OF RETREAT: May 24 - 30, 2022 

• Coming from Utah, our personal flights leave the 23rd & land the 24th so pay attention to this! See flight details below

• Total cost: $2999

• Depending on the airbnb bed situation (which will be confirmed in the coming weeks) you may be sharing a bed/room. There will be an added fee if you prefer a private bed or private room we will do our best to accommodate these requests. 

• $500 deposit due at registration

• Payment plans available

• Final payment due 6 weeks before on Saturday April 9, 2022

• All payments are 100% non refundable. No exceptions. They are however transferable, meaning if something comes up & you can no longer make it, you can sell your spot! 

• Cost includes:

• Lodging for 6 nights

• Breakfasts, snacks & basic lunches at the airbnb

• 2 dinners 

• transportation within portugal on itinerary

• entrance fees, classes, excursion tickets, etc on itinerary

• Swag bags

• Instant bff’s!!!

• Flights are not included in this cost

• From Utah, flights typically range from $1,200-$1,600. I have seen them go lower than this, but this price is typical. Some times it may be cheaper to fly to LA & then buy a separate flight from there to Portugal if budget is tight

• We are traveling right before peak season so we can get the best weather so I would not wait too long for a flight deal as the price could increase.

• Do NOT purchase flights until your seat has been reserved

• Please send us your flight details before purchasing the flights so we can make sure you’re all set & not landing at a foreign airport!

• Additional money:

• Most lunches & dinners will be eaten out in Lisbon, once we have the final itinerary we will include the menus or average costs to plan accordingly. $50 per day for food seems reasonable & plenty! Obviously you could budget or splurge on meals at your discretion

• Shopping & souvenirs at your discretion

• I am such a shopper so I will plan an extra $1,000 - $1,500 for my extra expenses (shopping & meals)
